Why Am I Not Receiving Tracking From Quadra?Updated 4 months ago



If you aren't receiving the tracking information from the Quadra Marketplace app it could be a setting that needs to be changed. Follow the below instructions or watch the video for guided instruction on how to fix this issue.


Step 1: Go to your Shopify admin dashboard

Step 2: Go to Settings

  • Located on the bottom left side of the dashboard

Step 3: Click on Checkout in the settings menu

  • Located on the left side in your dashboard

Step 4: Once in your Checkout scroll down to the Order Processing section

  • There are two subsections you need to look for:

    • After an order has been paid

    • After an order has been fulfilled and paid

Step 5: In the After an order has been paid section you will see three options. Make sure that you select the one that says Do not automatically fulfill any of the order’s line items

Step 6: Next go to the subheading After an order has been fulfilled and paid and check the box that says Automatically archive the order


By having both of these options selected you will begin to receive all tracking information on future orders made in the app.
