How Do Shipping and Production Times Work?Updated 2 months ago
We understand that as business owners you want your products shipped out as quickly as possible. We also understand it is imperative to know in what time frame packages will arrive at your customers doorstep.
In order to be transparent with your customer we recommend adding a description in your products stating they are “custom” or “printed on demand” to let your customers know that these products take time to process, print, and ship. It is also important to set up the correct shipping profiles in your store to match our shipping timelines as stated in the app.
First, here is the work flow for an order.
Order is Placed
When an order is placed it can take up to 24 hours for the order to be batched into our system. Our app will batch orders based on what settings you have set up in the Quadra app for order processing. Once the order is in our system it goes through a series of checks and is then ready to be sent to the fulfillment center.
Order is Assigned at Print Facility
Once your order has been sent to the fulfillment center the order is sent out onto the production floor. Once your order has been sent to the fulfillment center we can not cancel or change the order.
Packaging and Shipping
Each product in the Quadra app can have different Production and Shipping times. This is based on the Manufacturer's production and shipping times. Once your order goes into production a shipping label is printed and the order is made. This production time will be based on the production and shipping times for each individual product, as stated in the Quadra app for each product.
Please note that the shipping label can be printed before the order is made. Orders can still take up to the full production time stated in the Quadra App to process the order.
Once the product is ready the fulfillment center will package and print a shipping label. After a tracking number has been created it will be attached to the order in your store automatically.

The presence of a tracking number does not always mean that your order has shipped/left the fulfillment center. We reserve the right to hold products for production for the full time, as stated in the app.
Our complete production and shipping time on any order can be different based on each product in the app, beginning from the date that we successfully charge your payment method for the order. The shipping details are not updated until the carrier picks up the package and it is scanned at the sorting center.
Production Times
Please understand that these are estimates and are not a guarantee on exact times. Many factors can play a role in these times that it is hard to give an exact number of days for each item. We use these as guidelines only. The best thing to do is send us a support ticket in the Quadra app under the orders section if you are looking for an exact time for an order or during a specific time of year and we can better assist you.
During off-peak months orders are, on average, processed within 3-7 business days and are then ready for shipping.
During peak seasonal months, orders are, on average, processed within 9-12 business days and are then ready for shipping.
Peak Times
Year to year can be different. However, listed below are the times of year we use as our peak times. Keep in mind that shipping times also play a factor in the overall delivery times for orders.
Valentines Day - February 14th
St Patrick's Day - March 17th
Easter - End of March
Mother's Day - May, around the 3rd weekend
Father's Day - June, around the 3rd weekend
4th of July - July 4th
Back to School -College Sports August thru middle of September
Halloween - October 31st
Thanksgiving - November, on the fourth Thursday
Christmas/New Years December 25th & January 1st
