How Do I Submit a Support Ticket?Updated 8 months ago
Most questions are answered in our FAQs but if you need to create a support ticket please follow the below instructions or watch the video for guided instructions.
Step 1: Open the Quadra Marketplace app
Step 2: Click on Orders
This pulls up a list of all the orders you have in the Quadra Marketplace.
Step 3: Select the order that you are having issues with. You'll click on view order details.
This will bring show you all the details of the order.
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the order details. Then click on contact support.
This will open a form where you can describe the issue you are having.
Once you have clicked Send Message our support team will get back to you within 24 hours.
Contacting support in this way is supper important because it gives our customer support team access to:
- The order number
- Your store information
- Your contact information
Using this process allows us to guarantee we will get back to you in a timely manner.
Or you can click on the green Help button to send us a ticket and we will do our best to respond quickly.
