To ensure that your policies match up with production and shipping times you will want your store policies to cover the different manufacturer's production and shipping times. Listed below are a few of our manufacturer's production and shipping times.
Casestry: Production 1-3 days, Shipping 3-7 days.
Pic the Gift: Production 1-6 days, Shipping 3-7 days
Qualtry: Production 3-7 days, Shipping 3-10 days
We suggest setting your store policies according to the longest production and shipping time which in this case is a total of 17 business days in order to cover all the options.
