How Are Quadra Support Tickets Handled?Updated 2 months ago

At Quadra we do our best to support all our sellers. Our Support Staff will respond to support tickets Monday through Friday. We do not respond over weekends or on any US Holidays. We try our best to respond to every ticket within 1 to 3 Business days but this response rate may vary depending on the time of year and volume of tickets we are receiving.

We will only close a support ticket after the issue has been resolved or if we don't receive a response within a reasonable timeframe. We will always notify you when we close a ticket. If you believe we closed a ticket too soon all support tickets can be reopened by sending us an email from the original ticket.
