How Are Quadra Support Tickets Handled?

At Quadra we do our best to support all our sellers. Our Support Staff will respond to support tickets Monday through Friday. We do not respond over weekends or on any US Holidays. We try our best to respond to every ticket within 1 to 3 Business day

How To Submit a Support Ticket

If you need to create a support ticket please follow the below instructions or watch the video for a play by play. Step 1: Open the Quadra Marketplace app. Step 2:  Click on Orders. This pulls up a list of all the orders you have in the Quadra Market
